Katherine Etzel
Overview
In my lifetime, I’ve been a rocker, an alt-indie hipster, a pop queen, a studio cat, a country sweetheart, an Americana devotee, and a folk-rock champion. As a performer, I currently live somewhere in-between all the personas I have worn at the different stages of my life. I'm the founder of the long-running NYC folk/Americana band Bobtown in which I play drums, accordion, ukulele, tenor guitar, washboard and, occasionally, spoons. I also perform as The Existential Bell and, fingers crossed, hope to put an album out for this project in the first half of 2024.
